《天然气工业》青年编委推送——魏纳

魏纳,男,1980年8月生,中共党员,博士,教授,博士生导师。多年来主要从事天然气水合物高效开发技术研究。西南石油大学流体力学学科带头人、海洋天然气水合物研究院院长、《天然气工业》首届青年编委会执行主任、油气藏地质及开发工程国家重点实验室固定研究人员、天然气水合物国家重点实验室固定研究人员。主持国家重点研发计划课题2项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、中国工程院工程科技中长期发展战略研究项目3项以及国家科技重大专项、国家973项目课题多项。作为西南石油大学水合物团队负责人制定了深海天然气水合物绿色钻采开发战略,为海洋水合物的安全、高效、经济开发探索了合理路径,获中国工程院能源与矿业学部18名院士的一致好评。作为主要完成人设计并建成“全球首个海洋天然气水合物固态流化开采实验室”,并代表西南石油大学在南中国海成功参与了全球首次海洋非成岩水合物固态流化试采工程技术制定方案的重大科技攻关,使得我国水合物规模化开发的变革性技术处于国际领先地位。谢克昌等院士鉴定评价认为“固态流化开采方法世界首创,模拟实验技术及系统国际领先”,成果获2017年度中国石油和化工自动化行业技术发明特等奖。其撰写的论文被CCTV-13《新闻直播间》以此文为典型报道“巩固学术话语权”的重大意义。《Science》以“Latest Achievement of SKL of SWPU”为题对其所撰写的学术成果进行了报道。撰写的可燃冰绿色开采技术发展规划建议,被中共中央办公厅《每日汇报》单篇采用,供国家领导人决策参阅。以第一作者发表SCI论文13篇、EI论文13篇、编写专著5部、授权发明专利15件、获得软件著作权2项。获得“2017年度中国石油和化工自动化行业技术发明特等奖”奖励,2018年获得“科学中国人年度人物奖”、“科学探索奖提名”荣誉称号,指导研究生获第三届中国研究生石油装备创新设计大赛优秀奖、OGFS国际海洋钻井平台设计大赛二等奖、第二届国际海洋钻井平台设计大赛一等奖、第15届挑战杯大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛省级二等奖、第五届中国石油工程设计大赛一等奖等各类奖励6项。
